Illenium Shares His Struggle With Opiate Addiction

Nicholas Miller, more notably know as Illenium came out about his battle with opiate addiction and his overdose on heroin six years ago.

We're often so wound up about all the things going on in our lives, that at times it feels as if it's too much to handle. Sometimes we all need to take a step back and look at the things in our lives that truly motivate us to happy and healthy. Be it family & friends, or the music that helps us to get through it all.

Nick completely exposes himself to his fans in the letter he wrote below, expressing how much music has literally saved his life. Illenium's new single "Take You Down" is an expression of his struggles and will be released this Friday, Aug 3rd.
